Old 90's techno song with bells in it.?

i am an old raver/techno junky and it is killing me cause this used to be my fave song to dance to and i cannot for the life of me remember the name or dj, it was fast and had bells ringing throughout the song, if anyone remembers the name please, please tell me. i am dying to find the song and listen to it again, it was out like late 90's, i was dancing to it in the clubs back in 98 and 99. can anyone help me with this? :(
