Is it safe to do p90x with a recent knee injury?
I recently tore my MCL and I was wondering if I'd be alright to do p90x . I tore it like 3 months ago but I re injured it like three weeks ago. My doctor says he'd like me to work out my knee just not side to side or sharp turn type exercises. Would it be OK if I started p90x or do you think I should just stick to moderate weight training and that type stuff. I guess what I am trying to ask is if it is hard on the knees at all and if it is safe for me to do. I am very frustrated with not doing sports and i might be able to take my frustration out with this instead. Thank you.
