Speech Impediment-Pronouncing R's Like W's ( I Have No Idea Where To Categorise This Question)?

In speech pathology parlance, it is called "rounding" because the "r" (consonant "r", not the vowel "er") is produced with rounded lips, identical to the "w"; the "r" is produced with retracted lips.
