Help me please...skin issues?

Hi. I'm 15. I have the worst skin ever. It's red and blotchy (uneven skin tone) and breaks out reliably in my T-zone. It gets dry and flaky though, so even when I put cream on to make the dryness go away, it gets oily again. It sucks!!! How do I get rid of it? I've tried acne creams, cleansers, the wave, lotions...HELP! Thanks!
