Does this sound like i lost my mucus plug?

So like 2 days ago.. There was some stuff in the toilet that looks like tissue but just like 2 little pieces.. thought it was my mucus plug and then this morning when I went to the bathroom a huge glob of discharge I thought came out.. It was yellow and snooty looking? If It was my mucus plug how long till you usually go into labor after that?
