i say the good ol' USA but i am not exactly an impartial observer, many will say Brazil, and rightfully so, but i think Russia gets overlooked, anyone who thumbs through the pages of Maxim and Stuff magazines ( or so I've heard, lol ) can see all the Russian hotties.
