I got a new cell phone and my memory card won't work .?

I might try backing up the card on your (just copying the files off) and then having the new phone format the card. Then with the directories the new phone creates placing your media content into those folders instead of the ones the old phone made. Also make sure the media really is on the card not the actual phone.
