How to ask a friend (girl) to kiss me?

I've only kissed a boy on the lips and thats it..quicky 2 second kiss. i haven't "pashed" anyone and i want to do it on one of my girl friends but i dont know how to ask without them getting freaked out or saying you try-hard trying to be like one of these 14 year olds taking pictures of themselves kissing their girl friends.
