Personal vendetta trying to get me evicted driving me insane, PLEASE HELP?

Unfortunately I don't know the law in Toronto, Canada, but usually there are statutes that deal with eviction and bar self help. You should check with your local pro bono lawyer or legal aid lawyer. Fighting an eviction is easy if you pay during the statutory period required, and sometimes the landlord is willing to negotiate a repayment plan in lieu of eviction to avoid the court process (especially if you have a lawyer).
