I don't like Che Guevara at all but honestly, what made the Americans treatment of the Natives any better?

We nearly destroyed an entire ethnicity on this continent, countless tribes are GONE now and it was done in the name of America. How is it that Glenn Beck (and apparently some of you) seem to forget that so easily??? I love my country, but my love isn't blind to the facts. We've had just as dark of a history.
