Does someone know if there is any support for military on getting a car redone?

My location is Fort Bragg, NC. I have been in the US Army for 13yrs and just got back from a 15 month deployement in Iraq. I have a 1998 honda accord that i would like to change up like the do on the TV Show "Pimp my Ride". My question is: is there any support out there that would do this for a US Veteran in the time of War?
