Depressed after seeing a movie...PLEASE HELP! : (?

Maybe it's not as drastic as wishing you were in the movie, but it could be that you identify with the characters so strongly and get absorbed by the plot so easily that when it ends, it brings you back to reality. You realize that the characters are just actors and script.
