Another sincere question about God. Christians only please?

Sin entered the human race because of Adam & Eve sinning. They were both cursed & God also cursed the ground & now we are all born with a sinful carnal nature the bible says. It just doesnt seem fair that the whole human race must suffer because of what 2 idiots did a long time ago. I know it sounds like an ignorant question, but I would like to have some solid answers please. Im a christian myself. It was Adam & Eve that sinned, not us! Why must we suffer their fate as well?
